Inside your head. Interpersonal refers to how you relate to your mind and body. Interpersonal abilities include meta-cognition, self-regulation, and self-control.

Listed as one of the types of intelligence in Howard Gardner's book Frames of Mind, and the subject of Daniel P. Goleman's book Emotional Intelligence.
