Linux User And Developer is a
magazine (published by Horsepower Media) aimed at
experienced Linux users and
programmers. Unlike the somewhat
slicker
Linux Format, the magazine has a very "by hackers, for hackers" feel to it, and it doesn't assume you're a
dunce or newbie with regards to Linux.
One of the major bonuses is the
coverdisc-usually, these coverdiscs are full
Linux distributions in a slick
DVD case. It's a nice touch, and makes them far easier and more
convenient to store.
It's edited by
Keir Thomas, around £5.99 and comes out monthly. They have a website at www.linuxuser.co.uk.
