skim. slurp up only the cream
at the top. grow bloated from lack
of nourishment. Self-denial.
Rigorously eschew deeper understanding.

Crawl under every moment,
even in minutia, caches of complexity.

Pseudo_Intellectual, when a butterfly
flaps its wings in China,
the hairs on my arms rise. Do yours?

All things that happen, happen at surfaces or edges. There's a lovely mathematical statement of this called Green's Theorem. If you know and understand everything that is going on on the surface, you know everything there is to know.

There's nothing wrong with being shallow.
