Announced and shown in expositions since 1997 by both SUN Microsystems and Toshiba Corporation, the Toshiba Confolio 300 laptop has never gotten out of Japan.
Unlike most laptops, this StrongARM-powered notebook is (was?) running JavaOS (1.1.x Java Virtual Machine) which made it the first portable network computer ever and a genuine object of desire for most geeks in these times.
It comes in 2 versions : the Confolio 300-S and the Confolio 300-SH.
