Relaxation in warm water. A way to leave the world and all your troubles and problems for an eternity in an hour. Waves of calmness eminating from heat. Accented from the flicker of the dancing firefly on a wax pedestal. All permeated with the sweet sounds from a favorite musical experience.

possibly the most lovely and decadent way to get rid of menstrual cramps is to take a long bubble bath with candles and candy and some brainless magazine full of neat clothes.
