One of only three signs found of the left side of the road in America. The other two are "Do Not Enter" and "No Passing Zone".

Its meaning is self-explanatory; it differs from a "Do Not Enter" sign in that if you see this sign (from the front), you're already going the wrong way. Generally this is a bad thing. Seek refuge.
