An independent
marketing consultant once hired by
Simon Marketing, the
ad agency for
Coca-Cola. Thru a major
screw-up on the part of Coca-Cola, he is the current
copyright owner of some of the Coke can designs. In short, Coca-Cola forgot to
renew the copyright on some of their
graphic art, and Mr.Kolody was able
register the copyrights as
derived art on some of the
storyboards he submitted in 1989.
He is now locked in court battle with Coke and Simon Marketing
