In the world of prostitution, a "bottom bitch" is a term that refers to a pimp's number one, most trusted prostitute. Many times she's the prostitute the pimp is sleeping with and, as such, the bottom bitch is usually not required to work as much as the pimp's other ho's. Because she's sleeping with the pimp, the bottom bitch is rarely required to engage in intercourse with the clients. Usually she's only required to service the clients orally. The bottom bitch is also given the responsibility of recruiting ("turning out") new girls.
