Doom 2D is a fan-made version of the immensely successful computer game Doom, which changes it into a 2D side-scrolling game. The graphics are done very well, and are exactly like those in Doom viewed from the side. It features a normal one-player mode, and both cooperative and deathmatch two-player modes. Originally it was released in Russian only, but has later been translated into English. It's floating on the Net as freeware.
