EBN stands for Emergency Broadcast Network. EBN is an electronic band that uses video samples to make their music. So you get dj-style mixes of music with their accompanying video. You can purchase their home video, (Commercial Entertainment Product) and their CD (Telecommunications Breakdown). EBN did all the media programming for the U2 Zoo TV Tour. Brian Eno and Jack Dangers of Meat Beat Manifesto are involved.

      Ed. note: The E.B.N. cd is also titled "Telecommunications Breakdown", "Electronic Behavior Control System was a single released from that album.
