Kaci started singing at a very young age (as is normal with these
teen starlets) and was picked up when aged 11 by
Curb Records, due to the
A&R hearing a Christmas charity album she recorded at her home in
Florida.
Her major breakthrough came when she sang before the
Superbowl in February 2001, and her debut single 'Paradise' went
Top Ten in both the
US and the
UK.
So why am I risking my
musical credibility by noding about Kaci? Simple: She's the first girl who has completely fooled my
jailbait detectors. I was
sure she was at least 16. I would have bet a substantial amount on her being
Christina and
Britney's age...
...but, yeah, she's
thirteen. I still think she's
adorable, though. Just let me explain that to the
