"Spectacles, Testicles, Wallet, and Watch" is a mnemomic for how to properly make the Catholic sign of the cross. It was taught to Eric Idle by Robbie Coltrane when they were hiding in a convent in drag in the film Nuns on the Run.

It only works if you have your wallet on the left and wear your watch on the right. (Most likely if it's a pocketwatch).

Unfortunately this is not true in my case. In making the Sign of the Cross, it goes: Forehead, Centre Chest, Left Shoulder, Right Shoulder.

In the case of the saying above, it would be a bit of a deformed cross as I poke myself in the eyes (where I would have my spectacles if I wore any), grope my groin, jangle my right-front pocket for my wallet, then shake my left wrist where my watch is.

Doesn't quite work I'm afraid...
