To have itchy feet is an idiom for meaning that you are anxious to go somewhere. An example usage would be "When I mentioned the great deals at the nearby garage sale, our frugal Uncle Bob started to get itchy feet."

However, if you literally have itchy feet, you may have athlete's foot.
