Do I have to write this?
Okay, keeping it simple:
1979: Born in Canberra Australia, probably somewhere near a computer.
1981: Moved to Darwin, saw lots more computers.
1985: Received My First Amiga™, played lots and lots of games. Decided I didn't want to grow up, and what I was going to do when that didn't happen.
1997: Moved back to Canberra for Uni. Studied Eng/IT at ANU because, after all, the idea of making computer games for a living was just silly.
2000: Left Uni, convinced that a life of engineering was beyond a joke. Somehow didn't see the similarities between that and working in the public service, and fell into an IT job at the Australian Taxation Office.
2001: Came to the conclusion that life was silly anyway, and decided to get back on track with computer game development. Am currenly developing an as-yet-unnamed title with an almost-named team (probably "PANTS Studios") at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment.
