Why I am not here a lot

I've been working my way through a four-year Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and Bachelor of Business Administration double degree program at Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia. After that, I went back to Sweden, moved to another town, and got a job (yes, a real one). I'm also a member of the board of the Linux Society of Sweden. Finally, I've been having more fun at other sites, such as Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and photosig.net.

I have been making the effort to node all the National Parks of Sweden. While I might continue this myself at some point, I would not mind at all to get a little help with a few of them. Born and raised in and near Stockholm, Sweden, I went to the United States, more specifically to a small town near Cleveland, Ohio. This was a school year of experiences. Good, I met some of the most wonderful people to breathe our polluted air. Bad, had a couple of relationships end in chaos, got kicked out by my first host family who claimed I wasn't social enough despite me being in about four extracurricular activities. I got to stay with a friend's family. Not only did I get to stay with them, but I was loved by them in a way that I treasure, and do all too little to live up to. People who stick up for others in hard times deserve recognition, because they are sadly rare today.

Speaking of which, I do have a few friends here on E2.

• fone_op was in my high school in the states. He has an account, but has not noded much.
• j-bjork noded before I had found E2 and before we ended up in the same class.
• lord_xud is one of my closest friends from the U.S. and I introduced him to E2 with promising but limited results.
• I know metal rozsa through fone_op. Look out for her.
• I lured necklace in here from alt.teens.poetry.and.stuff, but she is too shy/apathetic to node.
• I knew NightWriter from the same newsgroup before either of us noded, but I don't think I made him come here.
• nocte is my most successful recruit to the cult of E2. I know her through fone_op.
