About Me
Ceci n'est pas une pipe. OberonDarksoul is a 20-year-old male student from the United Kingdom. He is a geek, and proud of it, and a furry (equally proud, but not nearly as open about it). He is very much into vinyl records, console and PC gaming, a good book, coin collecting, and anything to do with Manic Street Preachers, Morrissey and The Smiths, RISC OS, Macintosh, and a fair few things besides.

Most of what I node is factual, but their subjects frequently aren't... I see E2 as a place where, so long as a writeup is of high quality, is good to read, and some actual effort went into it, it belongs here. E2 of course has a huge number of excellent factual writeups, which I try to add to, but it also benefits from a wonderful array of works of fiction, beautiful creative works that deserve their place in the nodegel just as much as the factual writeups do. Although only a few of my own writeups are creative works, many of my favourite pieces I've read here on E2 are fiction, be they prose or poetry or so many other things.

In other words, node what you want to node, but node it well.

What I'm Noding
While I enjoy writing fiction, I'm not particularly good at it. Occasional non-factual writeups creep out occasionally - I'm especially proud of this one, originally written for GCSE English coursework. I do seem to be able to write a review though - mostly music and video games, my twin loves.
