Around 1990, Spanish computer gaming magazine
Micromania published some "news" about the
A-Migadrive, a device which made possible playing
Sega Megadrive/Genesis games on the Amiga.
This was of course an April Fools' Day prank from
English magazine C+VG. When a Spanish reader had
a letter about this published on the C+VG
mail section, Micromania were mercilessly ridiculed and
called "bullfighting buffoons".
This kind of mistake is not rare, given that in Spain, media pranks are expected on Dec 28th, not April 1st.
