Potato Sauce

Potato sauce is my own recipe, I invented it back in the day that I was severely destitute, and 75% of the $400 I made a month went to rent. It's cheap, makes a lot, and is exceptionally tasty. You see, when you are broke, you find that things like regular potatoes are entire meals, all by themselves, just bake them, and add salt. However, that gets old quickly, so I adapted. This is what spewed forth:

Ingredients-

  • One Russet Potato, large
  • Half block of sharp cheddar cheese, or about 6 cubic inches
  • one bag of tri-colored curly pasta, 12oz.
  • 1/2" of a sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 6oz can of white tuna, in water, not oil

Directions: Bake potato, for added flavor, rub in a light coat of olive oil and kosher salt, makes it really crispy. Wait 25 minutes to start the rest.
Cook the pasta, then add every one of the other ingredients to the pot and let it all congeal into one fine goo. Potato should be done now, take it out and split it open, put a pat of butter in the center, then slather the goop all over the top of it. Bon Appetit!

Amendment: I know that this sounds truly disgusting, but just give it a shot, if you don't like it, then you are only out about 10 bucks.
