- Maintain weight: 180-185 lb this entire year.
- Have a BMI test done and score below 8%
- Get a VO2 test? Who does these? What's my level? How does it compare to age group?
- Do 100 pushups in a row
- Do 50 chinups in a row
- Run 100 meters in < 13 seconds. (a stretch)
- General physical: make sure cholesterol and blood sugar are at absurdly low levels. Dance the BOOYAH dance when they are.
- Write a good poem
- Finish first draft of a geometry book
- Make a difference in someone's life
