Egg mayo is a delicious and simple to make
sandwich filling, which is unfortunately apallingly
unhealthy. Some
wierdos advocate adding impurities such as
ketchup and
worcestershire sauce. They are wrong.

Instructions
- Hardboil the eggs (10 minutes in boiling water)
- Peel the eggs, and put them, and the mayo, in a bowl. Mix with a fork
- Serve in a sandwich or baked potato
This keeps for a couple of days in the
fridge.
