C! Etiquette: A Quandary
I have noticed a "quirk" of E2: often, when I C! a writeup, its author sends a thank you message. I find it endearing, and mildly interesting. On the one hand, a C! is a pretty meaningless thing. We get one a day, and it's just code. On the other, it is a token representing the fact that your work resonates with someone real. Sometimes that can be invaluable... The contradictory nature of the Ching is perhaps why the Gods chose the C! as the symbol (see the above post). Also, the C! is to likes, upvotes, and all the features used by social media, as Frankie Knuckles is to House Music. As in it birthed that shit- fun fact.
I recognize a better place for this node is please stop thanking me for cooling your writeup, but, alas, it is locked. Also, re: jessicapierce's wu under the OG node, what is a person if not their actions?
Thanks, etouffee, for arbitrary inspiration
