Sharon Thesen is an
author who has penned several
books of
poetry, including
Confabulations: Poems for Malcolm Lowry and
News & Smoke: Collected Poems. She is also the
editor of
The New Long Poem Anthology.
Sharon was born in Tisdale, Saskatchewan in 1946. She moved to the midst of British Columbia in 1952, and has lived in Prince George, Kamloops and Vancouver. She teaches English at Capilano College and is the poetry editor at The Capilano Review, the college's literary magazine.
