1969 movie made in hopes of fulfulling the Beatles' three-movie contract, according to the biography The Love You Make by Peter Brown and Steven Gaines. The band had almost nothing to do with the movie, though, except writing some songs for the soundtrack, the original version of which contained:
- Yellow Submarine
- Only a Northern Song
- All Together Now
- Hey Bulldog
- It's all too much
- All you need is Love
- Pepperland
- Sea of Time
- Sea of Holes
- Sea of Monsters
- March of the Meanies
- Pepperland Laid Waste
- Yellow Submarine in Pepperland
The first six tracks are Beatles songs; the rest are
incidental music from the film.
